The Surfside Americana Sweepstakes ("Promotion") is sponsored and administered by The Zack Greenfield Company, located at 40 Mimosa Lane, Sedona, Arizona 86351 ("Sponsor").

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry and who reside in one of the following Arizona counties: Apache, Coconino, Gila, Graham, Greenlee, La Paz, Maricopa, Mohave, Navajo, Pinal, or Yavapai. Employees, officers, directors, vendors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies of Sponsor, and members of their immediate families (defined as spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

By participating in this Promotion, each entrant agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.

The Promotion begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Mountain Standard Time ("MST") on July 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. MST on July 31, 2026 ("Promotion Period"). Entries received before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

To enter, eligible participants must visit coldbeerswinners.com/surfsideamericana, or another official contest landing page designated by Sponsor, and complete the online registration form by providing their full name, valid email address, telephone number, and date of birth. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address during the Promotion Period. Multiple entries submitted by the same person, whether through multiple email addresses, identities, devices, or any automated method, may be disqualified at Sponsor's sole discretion.

By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to receive promotional and marketing communications from Sponsor and its affiliated brands. Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time without affecting their eligibility in the Promotion.

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive the Surfside Americana Prize Package, consisting of one (1) Surfside Cooler and one (1) Surfside Lawn Chair. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the prize package is approximately $250.00, although the actual retail value may vary. The prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be redeemed for cash or substituted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative. The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified by telephone and/or email using the contact information provided at the time of entry within approximately seven (7) days following the drawing. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within five (5) business days, is determined to be ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to execute and return any required documents within the time specified, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner through an additional random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

Acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's permission for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner's name, city of residence, likeness, photograph, voice, and statements for advertising, trade, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed throughout the world, without additional compensation or notice, except where prohibited by law.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, delayed, stolen, misdirected, corrupted, or undeliverable entries, or for any technical failures, interruptions, or malfunctions of any kind, including but not limited to computer, network, telephone, internet, software, or hardware failures that may interfere with an entrant's ability to participate.

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's privacy policy and will be used solely for the administration of this Promotion and for marketing purposes as permitted by applicable law.

The Promotion and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Promotion shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate state or federal courts located within the State of Arizona.
